Free guide registration
We collect your name, email address, the page that directed you to registration, registration time, and your choice about educational updates. We store this information to record your registration and provide access to the PDF. A temporary download credential is stored as a hash. Download links expire after seven days.
Educational updates and the private list
The guide’s email-updates checkbox is optional and starts unchecked. Downloading the guide does not require selecting it. The Cornerstone Capital private-list form separately records your name, email, trust status, interests, and consent for its communications.
Private inquiries
The current inquiry page prepares an email draft or lets you copy your introduction. The form does not itself submit an inquiry to our server. If you send the email, the team receives the information you include. Please keep account numbers and sensitive financial records out of initial introductions.
Storage and service protection
Website registrations are stored in the site’s hosted database. A daily hash derived from a request’s IP address is used to limit automated or excessive registrations. The site also uses hosted infrastructure and externally loaded fonts; those services may receive technical request information.
Your choices
To ask about your registration, request deletion, or stop educational communications, contact [email protected]. Include the email address used to register. Registration information is retained until removal is requested or the team removes it as no longer needed.
