Three pillars. One ecosystem. Every piece engineered to work together.
THE ARCHITECTURE / YOUR FIRST STEPS
Your family deserves a structure. You deserve to understand it.
The instrument, the activation, the accounting, and the education belong in one coordinated sequence. We stay with you through that sequence.
01 / ATTORNEY REVIEW
The legal review belongs to attorneys.
Kevin and the WSG strategists lead the strategy and coaching relationship. Attorneys review the trust and the legal questions around the instrument, including consideration, role resignations, trustee powers, and the intended separation of the parties.
Your strategist coordinates the work and helps you understand the next step. Legal review and legal advice are the attorneys’ responsibility.
02 / ESTATE ACTIVATION
We work through your assets with you.
The trust has to become an operating structure. We help you identify what you own and work through the sale and transfer documentation applicable to each asset: Bills of Sale, assignments, deeds, promissory notes, and the demand-note ledger.
You receive coaching on the EIN, bank account, asset inventory, and activation records. The goal is to understand what moved, how it was documented, and what belongs in the file.
03 / ACCOUNTING ONBOARDING
The records move into the books.
The accounting team takes the documented activity into the bookkeeping workflow. Cost-basis records, asset schedules, notes, contracts, and transactions need a place in the books before filing season.
We help connect the activation work to QuickBooks, the ledger, and the information your accountants need. Your return should follow the documented facts.
04 / TRUSTEE SCHOOL
You learn to take the wheel.
The 1041 School and written curriculum help you understand trustee responsibilities, read the records, and participate in the conversation with your accountants. Education continues as the estate becomes more active.
This is an ongoing working relationship. Bring your records and questions. Work with your strategist and accounting team. Learn the responsibilities that come with the keys.
01 / THE PROTOCOL
Three pillars. Each one has a job.
We begin with the five fronts affecting your estate: taxes, third-party debt, personal exposure, spending habits, and financial literacy. Then we examine the architecture underneath them.
01
THE PRIVATE ESTATE TRUST
The structure underneath the assets.
Private. Irrevocable. Non-grantor. Complex. Discretionary. Spendthrift. These describe the intended instrument, with terms and consequences the attorneys review with you. The Certificate of Trust provides the institutional summary. The full agreement governs the work.
Ownership, trustee powers, beneficiaries, asset transfers, and cost-basis records need to fit together. Actual entity contracts and documented activity matter. The accounting team evaluates the tax treatment; allocating gains to corpus does not by itself eliminate income tax.
02
THE CAPITAL ENGINE
Build the warehouse.
Participating cash value whole life can serve as an estate capital warehouse. We coordinate ownership, funding, available cash value, and access with the estate’s purpose. It is a strategy we examine with your numbers.
We walk the carrier illustration with you: guaranteed values, non-guaranteed dividends, loan terms, funding limits, and the cost of access. Premium funding is a capital commitment; we do not assume it is a deductible trust expense.
03
THE DEPLOYMENT DISCIPLINE
Every movement gets a reason.
Debt reduction. Business funding. Real estate. Private lending. Before capital moves, we examine its purpose, the cost of access, the liquidity you need, and the estate’s ability to absorb a loss.
Available policy loans come with repayment responsibilities. Outstanding loans and interest reduce the death benefit. Understanding those mechanics is part of making a deliberate decision and preparing the next generation.
02 / WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
A coached operating system. A relationship behind it.
Formation is the beginning. The work continues when you open the account, document the first asset, record a transaction, or sit down with your accountant. We build the literacy around those real decisions, step by step.
FORMATION AND ONBOARDING
From documents to an operating estate.
Your trust program includes attorney review, EIN and bank-account coaching, and an activation walk with a senior estate strategist. We work through the asset inventory and the documentation needed to connect the structure to what you actually own.
Five hours of one-on-one strategist time and five hours with the accounting onboarding team are included. First-year Form 1041 preparation and filing are included in the trust program engagement. The work has a sequence, and you know who is helping you at each stage.
THE IMMERSIVE TRAINING PORTAL
A curriculum you can return to.
The written curriculum covers formation, asset identification, cost basis, Bills of Sale, income strategy, QuickBooks, and the 1041. You can return to the relevant lesson when the task is in front of you.
The 12-module 1041 School builds trustee literacy alongside the practical coaching. The purpose is to help you read your records, understand the questions your accountant asks, and make informed decisions as an operator.
A DEDICATED ACCOUNTING TEAM
People who know your file.
Bookkeepers and accountants work with the records of your trust and related entities. Your engagement defines the bookkeeping, meetings, and filings the team handles, with a human contact who understands your file.
Quarterly conversations and year-end preparation help connect the records to the decisions being made. Bring the documents, receipts, and activity. The team helps you keep the financial story consistent throughout the year.
ADVANCED TRAINING
The next lesson when it belongs.
Income Rails. QuickBooks. Crypto titling. S-corp contract coordination. FIA retirement strategy. The Capital Engine. ROBS. The advanced catalog follows the work you are preparing to do.
Your strategist helps identify which training belongs next. You build a working foundation first, then develop the knowledge needed for the opportunities and responsibilities in front of your estate.
THE PROOF ROOM
Understand the authority behind the work.
Legal opinions, relevant statutes, case law, and trustee duties are organized for study. These materials give you a place to begin when you need to understand the instrument and the responsibilities attached to it.
Bring your questions to the team. Attorneys explain how the legal authority applies to the trust and your circumstances; accountants address the filing treatment. The goal is informed operation, with the appropriate professional involved in each question.
03 / WHO THIS IS FOR
If you built something worth protecting.
You do not need to arrive knowing which instrument comes first. Bring what you built, what you are responsible for, and the questions you want answered.
